Watch golden hour turn to dusk on a slow wildlife walk along the Columbia Slough. Guides will help the group look and listen for birds, bats and other animals while discussing why the slough matters, the threats it faces and ways Portlanders can help.
The route is up to 2 miles on wide, flat paved and hard-dirt paths with a short grated boardwalk. An ADA restroom and parking are available, and TriMet route 11 stops nearby. Bring water, insect repellent and sun protection. The event is full, but the official page offers a wait list.
