Multnomah Village’s annual open-air festival fills the neighborhood with a community parade, art fair, two live-music stages and more than 160 vendor booths. Families can browse local makers and community organizations while food carts and street dining operate throughout the district.
A free concert program in Village Park begins at noon, with Ms. VEE, Fox & Bones, Lexi Tucker and Nafisaria Mathews scheduled across the afternoon.
