Metro’s summer water-safety team returns with free life jackets while supplies last and information for safer recreation around rivers and other natural water. Expected sizes include infant jackets for children under 50 pounds, child jackets for 33–55 pounds, youth jackets for 55–88 pounds, and adult sizes.
The giveaway is free; parking costs $5 per car or $7 per van or bus. Minors must attend with an adult. Service animals are permitted, and free interpretation, translation, and disability accommodations may be requested at least three business days in advance.
