Families can stop at Metro’s Broughton Beach canopy for free life jackets, available while supplies last, and practical water-safety information. The planned size range covers infants under 50 pounds, children from 33–55 pounds, youth from 55–88 pounds, and adult and adult XL sizes.
Parking costs $5 per car or $7 per van or bus, and an adult must accompany every minor. Metro welcomes service animals and provides interpretation, translation, and disability accommodations at no cost when requested at least three business days beforehand.
