The museum’s monthly Deaf Community program combines accessible gallery exploration with hands-on artmaking. Slow-looking sessions run from noon to 3 p.m.; some are led in ASL and others in English, with interpretation provided throughout. Signs identify each meeting point.
From 3–5 p.m., families can visit the Finley Studio for artmaking and social time. Deaf Community members and companions receive complimentary admission all day; other guests use regular museum admission. Galleries accommodate wheelchairs, mobility devices, and strollers, and seating and assistive technology are available on request.
