Take a closer look at Saturn through mission data, an immersive planetarium presentation, and hands-on activities. Participants will model the planet’s rings with a take-home demonstration and design a pocket-sized solar system.
Weather permitting, the program continues on the observatory deck with professional telescopes trained on Saturn, the Moon, and the binary stars Albireo A and B. SkyWatch proceeds rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe, though outdoor observing depends on the weather.
Advance online tickets are required, and walk-up tickets are not offered.
