Point Breeze
A 75-minute conversational tour uses 1892 to explore the Frick family, Pittsburgh’s industrial power, immigration, labor conflict, and the Gilded Age’s continuing legacy. Potentially challenging subjects include violence, grief, and child loss.
Departures are offered during the published time window, but availability varies. Check in at the Grable Visitor Center; advance reservations are strongly recommended. Exterior scaffolding does not affect the interior tour. The route covers two floors; the first is wheelchair accessible, with a narrated video available for visitors unable to reach the second.
