Desert Ridge
Families explore music from the Africa and Middle East and North Africa galleries through songs, movement, dancing, and hands-on instrument play. Activities are tailored to young children and combine music making with motor, language, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Teacher Nichol Elgin leads groups for babies through 18 months at 9:30 a.m., ages 1–3 at 10:15 a.m., and ages 2½–5 at 11:00 a.m. Each session lasts 30 minutes. Shoes are removed for class; socks are allowed.
