Zoo members can explore the grounds in the early morning on a relaxed, staff-led walk. The guide shares animal facts and other Zoo insights, answers questions, and allows participants to move at their own pace.
Meet at the tables near the Wild Side Gallery. The group gathers for about 15 minutes—participants may bring coffee—then walks together for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. First-Friday walks cover trails in the Zoo’s northeast half; third-Friday walks explore the southwest half. Different staff members join during the series, and no RSVP is required.
