Gunhild Carling Band

Swedish entertainer Gunhild Carling combines vintage swing with playful showmanship. During the performance she may sing jazz favorites, tap dance, juggle, and switch among instruments including trumpet, trombone, harmonica, oboe, harp, flute, recorder, and jazz bagpipe.

The repertoire includes standards such as “Minnie the Moocher,” “Sweet Georgia Brown,” and “All of Me,” along with swing arrangements familiar from Carling’s appearances with Postmodern Jukebox. MIM had not published a precise end time; theater concerts typically last 75–90 minutes.
