Curator Olivia Barney (Diné) explores the career of Tammy Garcia (Santa Clara Pueblo), focusing on the range of materials the artist has used. The presentation includes pottery and bronze work from the museum’s collection as well as pieces by members of Garcia’s family.
Doors open at 10:45 a.m., with the lecture beginning at 11 a.m. Coffee and pastries are provided. This program is limited to museum members and requires advance registration.
