Good to know

The City publishes this as an approximately two-mile loop from the environmental center through forest and meadow. Friends of the Wissahickon measures the named Andorra Meadow Loop section as a 3-foot-wide dirt-and-rock trail averaging 4% grade, with occasional switchback climbs and obstacles up to 24 inches. The City does not publish route-wide surface, grade, or obstacle measurements for the connecting forest approach, so do not treat the operator's meadow-loop measurements as conditions for the whole outing. Follow posted signs and current notices.
