The 40th annual festival fills Cherry Street and Race Street piers with reggae, roots, soca, jazz, steel-band music, dance, Caribbean food, fashion, and jewelry.
A children's village adds face painting, bead making, balloon animals, beanbag games, and other activities. The festival is free, open to all ages, and scheduled rain or shine.
