Explore the natural wonders of American landscapes through hands-on art, stories, gallery activities, textiles, and live music. Activities take place throughout the Main Building.
Festival schedule
- 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.: Make a textured landscape with warm peaks and cool valleys in the Art Kids Studio.
- 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.: Take a break in the Sensory-Friendly Quiet Zone in the Eli Kirk Price Room.
- 10:30–11:15 a.m.: Build imaginative tales from art with interactive storyteller Thembi Palmer in Gallery 211.
- 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.: Join museum Teen Programs participants for a collaborative textile activity on the Great Stair Hall Balcony.
- 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.: Follow an imaginative gallery hike through colorful landscapes in A Nation of Artists.
- 1:00 p.m.: Hear Pat Finnerty and Friends perform their Philadelphia-based Tom Petty appreciation show in the Williams Forum.
