An evening arts program combines a live alternative/indie-soul performance by Tre. Charles with a drop-in sewn-collage workshop led by multidisciplinary artist Eustace Mamba. Families can experiment with mixed media, found objects, machine sewing, texture, and three-dimensional assemblage.
Art-making and self-guided basement tours run throughout the evening; the concert is scheduled for 8–9 p.m. The current Santiago Galeas exhibition is also open. Guests may bring a picnic, and the event is BYOB, making it most practical for older children accompanied by adults.
