Lake Nona Triathlon

Watch athletes begin with a lake swim at Lake Nona Adventure Park, cycle through Lake Nona and finish with a 5K run after transitioning at Boxi Park. Participants receive a custom shirt and finisher medal, with awards presented across overall, masters and five-year age-group categories.

Boxi Park hosts the post-race gathering with music, games, food vendors and activities described as suitable for all ages. Complimentary beer is limited to eligible adult participants.
