Midtown Crossing
The UNO Jazz Ensemble performs a free outdoor summer concert at Turner Park. Families can arrive when the lawn opens at 5 p.m.; a preshow begins at 6:30 p.m. before the main performance.
Bring lawn chairs along with your own snacks and drinks, or pick up food from a nearby restaurant. Leashed pets are welcome. Turner Park is a 7.5-acre urban green space designed for community performances and other outdoor gatherings.
Midtown Crossing's garages provide two free hours, followed by a $1 hourly charge. Metered spaces are also available along Farnam Street and inside Turner Park via the 31st Avenue entrance; meters are enforced until 9 p.m. on weekdays.
