CJ Chenier and The Red Hot Louisiana Band bring high-energy zydeco, blues and Creole grooves to Jazz on the Green. Chenier, the son of Grammy-winning musician Clifton Chenier, has carried that musical tradition to festivals and stages around the world.
Lawn-concert details
- This is a free, all-ages outdoor event; no ticket or registration is required.
- The lawn opens at 5 p.m.
- Jaguar James performs the 6:30 p.m. preshow, followed by the headliner at 7:30 p.m.
- Families may bring lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and drinks. Leashed pets are welcome, and food is available from nearby restaurants.
