This all-ages art day explores animals in the museum through stories, music, live-animal presentations, art making, and gallery activities.
Highlights include Omaha Public Library storytime at 11 am; Andean music at noon; a Nebraska-native-animal presentation at 1 pm; a pollinator seed-pack activity; an interactive teen-created mural; studio art making; gallery sketching; and hands-on Art Cart materials. A quiet room is available, and Through the Lens is free to everyone that day.
