Families can choose a 15K, 10K, 5K, untimed mile or children’s dash. The dash begins at 6:55 a.m., followed by the anthem and main race start at 7 a.m.; packet pickup runs from 5:30–6:45 a.m.
Paid entries include a shirt, medal, chip timing where applicable, free photos and Kona Ice. The children’s dash is for ages 10 and younger; children may run it free without receiving race merchandise. Registration by the organizer’s shirt deadline is required to guarantee a shirt.
