Automobile Alley
Young dancers with previous experience can learn from visiting and nationally recognized artists through ballet, jazz, and modern-dance classes. The concluding West African dance class welcomes participants of every age.
Schedule
- 11–11:15 a.m.: Check-in
- 11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.: Ballet with Vincent Gros, ages 9–14
- 12:15–12:25 p.m.: Snack break
- 12:25–1:25 p.m.: Jazz with Karen Boyd Bethel, ages 9–14
- 1:25–1:55 p.m.: Lunch break
- 2–3 p.m.: Modern dance with Jonnesha Minter, ages 9–14
- 3:10–4:10 p.m.: West African dance with Ayinde Hurrey, all ages
Registration is free. Families should note the stated prior-experience requirement for the youth classes.
