Directions

Route

  1. Start at the southern end of Brooklyn Bridge Park near Pier 6 and Atlantic Avenue.
  2. Follow the connected pedestrian promenade and waterfront paths north through the park's piers.
  3. Continue beneath the Brooklyn Bridge toward the northern park edge after approximately 1.3 miles.
  4. Turn around at the end of the continuous park extent and retrace the pedestrian waterfront route to Pier 6.

Good to know

This doubles the park's published 1.3-mile waterfront extent rather than following a separately named official walk. Pier construction, ferry activity, busy crossings, path transitions, and local reroutes can change the continuous pedestrian line.
