Families will look to Claude Monet’s water-lily paintings and Wave Hill’s own Aquatic Garden for inspiration. Children can layer different art materials to create a mixed-media pond painting of their own.

The workshop is drop-in, and advance registration is not required. Families may arrive at any point during the program window to make their project.
Accessibility and arrival
Wave Hill House has a ground-level accessible entrance with a power-assist door. Its ground-floor restroom is all-gender and ADA-compliant, with additional accessible restrooms reached by elevator.
