Families will explore how bees live, build their homes, and support the wider ecosystem. Children can turn upcycled materials into miniature beehives while learning about the different roles inside a hive.
Plan your visit
This is a drop-in art program, and advance registration is not required. An all-ages storytime connected to the project begins at 11:30AM in the Gund Theater; seating may be limited.
Accessibility and arrival
Wave Hill House has a ground-level accessible entrance with a power-assist door. Its ground-floor restroom is all-gender and ADA-compliant, with additional accessible restrooms reached by elevator.
