Dance Workshop With Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

Teaching artists from Ailey Arts in Education guide an all-ages exploration of West African dance accompanied by live drummers. Participants will learn steps while experiencing how movement, music, oral tradition, and the connection between body, mind, and spirit come together in the form. No previous experience is required.
