A professional beekeeper leads an outdoor learning experience on the museum’s Garden Terrace. Families examine an educational hive and authentic equipment—including a smoker and protective suits—and children can try kid-sized beekeeper gear.
The program also includes an “Ask a Beekeeper” question-and-answer session and a guided honey tasting. It is designed for children of all ages.
