YALA Baby Artsplay!: Express Yourself

Young Audiences of Louisiana presents a free, 30-minute arts workshop for young children and their caregivers. Certified Louisiana Wolf Trap Teaching Artists lead multisensory activities designed to spark curiosity and give adults practical arts-based strategies for early learning.

“Express Yourself” centers on early language. The workshop helps caregivers encourage confidence in communication and build foundations for later literacy. Families can attend this date by itself or register separately for other sessions in the six-part series; digital Connection Cards provide ideas for continuing at home.

Each workshop requires advance registration. Museum amenities include baby-changing stations, accessible entrances, elevators and restrooms, and first-come sensory-friendly backpacks with noise-canceling headphones and fidgets.
