Families and visitors with sensory or other accessibility needs can enter the Museum early and explore in a setting modified to be more sensory-friendly. The program welcomes people of all ages with special needs along with their families.

The Museum's accessibility resources include sensory bags and weighted lap pads when available, a family quiet space, complimentary manual wheelchairs on a first-come basis, accessible parking and restrooms, and captioning on many exhibit videos. Some attractions contain intense subject matter, sound, or imagery, so caregivers may wish to review the accessibility guidance before visiting.

Advance tickets can be reserved through the Museum's official ticket portal. The public pages do not state a price for this occurrence.
