Satchmo SummerFest 2026

Satchmo SummerFest is a two-day celebration of Louis Armstrong’s life, music, and accomplishments. The museum’s published program combines performances by local artists, New Orleans food, and talks about jazz history and contemporary subjects in the jazz community.

Activities take place both inside and outside the museum. The source publishes the weekend as one continuous festival occurrence and does not provide separate daily opening and closing times.

Venue access: The museum reports elevator access to all levels and a ramp at the Esplanade Avenue entrance during current construction.
