Join a participatory gallery tour highlighting current exhibitions and favorite works from the museum's Southern art collection. Visitors should meet at the admissions desk before exploring the galleries with a guide and taking part in the conversation.
The tour is included with museum admission. Because this occurrence falls on a Thursday, Louisiana residents receive free museum admission during the museum's regular daytime hours. Children younger than 16 must visit with an adult.
The museum has an accessible entrance, elevators to every level, accessible restrooms and water fountains, and benches throughout the galleries. First-come manual wheelchairs and sensory-friendly backpacks are available at the front desk.
