Freedom at the Mat

This community wellness session combines beginner-friendly yoga with jazz. Its organizer describes a grounding mindfulness prompt, a short meet-and-greet, and a guided vinyasa sequence set to jazz music, creating an approachable class for both newcomers and experienced participants.
