The first Little Helpers workshop focuses on emotional development. Through playful arts activities, caregivers explore how their responses and interactions can help young children recognize and understand feelings.
The 30-minute caregiver-and-child session belongs to a free six-workshop series led by certified Louisiana Wolf Trap Teaching Artists. Its multisensory activities model arts-based approaches adults can reuse at home to support early learning. Each workshop requires separate registration, and participating families can consult the organizer's digital Connection Cards for follow-up activities.
