Tomato Art Fest

Saturday's full festival day fills Five Points with tomato-themed art, live entertainment, food and retail vendors, costumes, contests, and the community parade. East End UMC's free KidFest runs from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at YCAP, 1011 Russell Street, with crafts, inflatables, sensory play, and other family activities.

The Kids Art Show displays children's tomato-inspired work on Woodland Street throughout the festival. Other published activities include tomato contests, bobbing and tossing games, a costume contest, haiku and home-decorating competitions, cornhole, and the Tomato 5K.

The festival is cashless. Outside food and alcohol, pets, and smoking are prohibited. Water bottles are allowed, a refill station is available, and accessible portable restrooms are provided. Public transportation, walking, biking, or rideshare is encouraged.
