The final published Summer Splash date combines Festival Field’s slip-and-slide, animal sprinklers, bubbles, and shallow pools with supervised Water Wars sessions for ages 6–12.
Water Wars schedule
- 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.: ages 6–8
- 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.: ages 9–12
- 1:30 p.m.: all children ages 6–12
Registration opens 30 minutes before each session and requires a parent-signed waiver. Participants may not bring outside supplies.
Activities are included with Zoo admission or membership. An adult must supervise every child under 18, and no lifeguard is present. Clothing and shoes remain required throughout the Zoo; water shoes are recommended for the muddy field conditions.
