Festival Field offers its regular slip-and-slide, animal sprinklers, bubble zone, and splash pools, plus supervised Water Wars sessions for children ages 6–12 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Water Wars schedule
- 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.: ages 6–8
- 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.: ages 9–12
- 1:30 p.m.: all children ages 6–12
A parent must sign a waiver, and sign-up begins 30 minutes before each session. Outside water-play supplies are not permitted.
All activities are included with Zoo admission or membership. Children under 18 require adult supervision, and no lifeguard is on duty. Shirts, bottoms, and shoes are required throughout the Zoo; water shoes are recommended for the potentially muddy field.
