The Watermelon Festival brings live music to two stages alongside food, demonstrations and hands-on family activities.
Family activities
- A kids’ zone featuring hands-on science with Adventure Science Center
- Crafts and yard games
- A puppy-adoption truck from Nashville Humane Association
- Cooking demonstrations and complimentary tastings with Nossi College of Art
Food trucks and market-vendor specials will also be available. Watermelon drinks restricted to guests 21 and older are part of the festival, but the larger program is designed for all ages. Admission and parking are both free; the host indicates that additional program details are still forthcoming.
