Patrice Johnson leads a day of hands-on Scandinavian cooking and sensory discovery. Campers practice kitchen skills by chopping, smelling, tasting, and preparing dishes while learning about the ingredients, stories, and customs behind Scandinavian food traditions.
The camp emphasizes confidence, friendship, and the ways food connects culture and community. It is sold out; families may call ASI at 612-871-4907 about the waitlist. The published registration deadline was July 14.
