ASI’s outdoor kräftskiva celebrates Swedish crayfish-party season with lanterns, party hats, live music, and a traditional dinner. The meal features crayfish, bread, strong cheeses, salads, and Swedish savory pie, accompanied by communal drinking songs.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner begins at 7 p.m. Each ticket includes the full meal, a bib, party hat, and songbook; guests 21 and older also receive a shot of aquavit. The party is outdoors when weather permits, and advance registration is required.
