Sunny Side brings an energetic New Orleans jazz performance inspired by Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, and other early-jazz figures. The group combines three-part vocal harmonies, a tight rhythm section, and a vocalist who also dances.
The touring band’s repertoire also reaches toward Ray Charles, Dr. John, and Benny Goodman, including material connected to its album The Marigny Sessions.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $22 in advance plus fees or $27 at the door. The Concourse garage offers three levels of free parking.
