Kid Maestro ft. Bartholomew Jones: Ideas Are Seeds

Kid Maestro and Bartholomew Jones explore how ideas take root and change environments, families, and individual lives. The performance uses the language of seeds to examine creativity, purpose, fear, growth, and the work required to bring an idea fully to life.

Kid Maestro combines experimental hip-hop, soul, and cinematic textures. Memphis emcee and culture maker Bartholomew Jones approaches hip-hop through Southern Futurism and the metaphor of music as something grown and harvested; his work moves among blues, jazz, boom bap, and electronica.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance plus fees or $30 at the door. Free parking is available in the Concourse garage.
