This outdoor Level 1 class introduces a slow-to-moderate yoga flow combining mindful movement, breathwork and quiet pauses. Each session concludes with guided meditation during Savasana. Beginners and participants of all experience levels are welcome.
What to bring
- Yoga mat and water
- A towel for warm summer evenings
- A yoga block or other props you normally use
- Anything else that helps you practice comfortably
The class takes place beside the waterfront and is led by Bree Carter for Between Us Collective.
