A group of young friends follows an old treasure map into underground passages filled with booby traps, a pirate ship, and long-lost riches—all while trying to save their neighborhood from foreclosure and stay ahead of a family of criminals.
The 1985 adventure plays on the Kentucky Science Center’s four-story screen. Its peril, villains, mild scares, and older PG-era language make it a better fit for older elementary and middle-school children than for very young viewers.
