Local historian Rick Bell traces the early history of Louisville's riverfront and explains how former industrial waterfront land became the community park families use today. The program takes place at PlayPort, near the site of Fort-on-Shore and the city's earliest settlement.
The Riverfront Reflections series uses visual presentations and allows time for audience questions. Admission is free, and advance registration is requested.
