Rainbow Company Auditions: Disney's High School Musical and Sense & Sensibility

Young performers can audition for two Rainbow Company Youth Theatre productions in a reserved one-hour group appointment: Disney’s High School Musical, directed by Andy Lott with musical direction by Tim Warren, and Kate Hamill’s stage adaptation of Jane Austen’s Sense & Sensibility, directed by Erica Griffin.

Prepare for the audition

• A one-minute monologue
• A one-minute song selection when auditioning for the musical

The free audition is open to ages 10–18 and takes place in the Dance Studio. Each appointment is designed for 5–12 participants. Advance registration is required; the city catalog lists registration from July 1 at 8 a.m. through August 1 at 11:59 p.m. and currently marks this session full.

The selected casts will work toward High School Musical performances on September 25–26 and October 2–3, and Sense & Sensibility performances on November 12–14.
