Children and their grown-ups will celebrate America 250 by discovering how children played long ago, examining toys from the past, and imagining toys they could create themselves. Stories, PBS KIDS media, and hands-on activities make the history approachable through creative family play.
This workshop is intended for families with children ages 4–6. It is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required; a single registration admits the entire family. The library rescheduled this program from July 15 to July 29.
