Teachers may bring up to three guests for a complimentary day at Science City. The reservation is valid for arrival at any point during the selected session, and registered educators receive free parking validation for the Union Station garage at check-in. Complimentary admission will be emailed in late July.
Advance registration is required and closes at noon on August 7 or when capacity is reached. Parties larger than four may purchase additional Science City admission for $11 per person at check-in; on-site purchases are credit-card only.
Sunday programs
- A free Science City on the Road presentation begins at 2 p.m. in Maze Park on Science City’s lower level.
- Educators may request one complimentary ticket to The Berlin Wall: A World Divided. Additional exhibition tickets cost $11 each.
- Planetarium admission is available for $4.40 per person at the event check-in desk. Sunday’s schedule features The One Sky Project at noon and 2 p.m., Destination Solar System at 1 p.m., Stargaze Kansas City at 3 p.m., and Laser KPop Demon Hunters at 4 p.m.
