Mozz Pull with Mozzarella Madam KC — 3:00 p.m. Session

Learn how fresh mozzarella is pulled during a 45-minute, small-group culinary workshop led by Mozzarella Madam. Participants will work alongside the instructor to hand-pull their own cheese, then taste it with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings, and finishing flavors.

The experience is designed to be approachable for beginners and emphasizes hands-on learning, food, and conversation. Admission includes either a glass of white wine for eligible adults or a house soda. Capacity is very limited.

Mozzarella Madam is a Kansas City hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience. Her mozzarella workshops grew from a restaurant activation into an experiential food program presented at community gatherings, hotels, culinary collaborations, corporate functions, and private events.
