Young artists turn the traditional idea of a peaceful miniature zen garden into something playful and unexpected. Each child designs a clay tree and imagines the strange, silly growth appearing on its branches, combining art making with STEAM-inspired experimentation.
The workshop is designed for ages 6–10 and includes a project participants can take home. It occurs during a free-admission Saturday, so accompanying families may explore the galleries without an additional museum ticket. Disability accommodations may be requested at least five days ahead.
