Yoga 4 Change instructors lead an all-levels practice inside MOCA’s galleries, offering pose modifications so participants can work at a comfortable level. The class occurs before the museum opens, and admission is included so families may explore the galleries afterward.
The program is adult-oriented but explicitly welcomes children and teens with an accompanying adult. Bring a yoga mat. Disability accommodations may be requested from MOCA at least five days before class.
