Families can spread out a picnic blanket and hear the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra perform outdoors at the MacAllister Amphitheater. Assistant Conductor Hannah Schendel leads a program spanning orchestral classics and familiar music from Harry Potter and Star Wars, making the concert approachable for both regular classical listeners and first-time concertgoers.

  • Beethoven’s overture to The Creatures of Prometheus
  • Mussorgsky’s Night on Bald Mountain
  • The “Polonaise” from Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin
